  "text": "xenonfun in #hardware: time to setup poor mans UPS. need to pull the midnite solor charge controller out as this it a little bespoke: 60V20A -> MidNite Solar MPPT in hydro mode -> ~13.4V out @ ~75A -> 180AH CALB LiFePO4 pack I build probably a decade ago at this point ->ProWatt 2KVA pure sine inverter. \nShould be able to still only be around 60-70% max on charger to cover max active load. I couldn't find a most cost effective method then this as had most of it laying around. Also got a RS485 cable so will see about getting live stats and controlling the power supply via MCP. You can buy a lab grade power supply for less than a proper charger, this has more flexiblity."
